My name is Leah and I live, work, and blog in Boston, Massachusetts. I am an online communications  professional, aspiring writer, and former improv comedian. Among the “isms” that make up my identity are humanism, feminism, and Judaism.  I consider myself an idea person and I like to push the envelope. 

I hold a B.A. in American Studies and Journalism from Brandeis University and an M.A. in American Studies from the University of Nottingham. I am currently pursuing a second M.A. in Health Communication at Emerson College, in collaboration with the Tufts University School of Medicine.

Women's health and sexual health issues are very important to me. I am always looking for new opportunities to bring together feminism, social justice, and public health to create a healthier, happier, and more just world.
